BIRMINGHAM SMALL ARMS COMPANY.
At an extraordinary meeting of the B.S.A. Company. Ltd. to-day, at the Grand Hotel, the resolution passed on the 9th inst., to capitalise £1,150,473, part of the reserve fund, and apply the payment at par of 1,150,473 ordinary shares to be distributed among the holders of the existing ordinary shares, in the proportion of one fully-paid new share to every one existing ordinary share, was confirmed. It was also resolved that the remuneration the directors should be increased by 50%.
