THE UNREST OF YOUTH.
The Shustoke Industrial School Subcommittee, in their report to be presented at a meeting of the Birmingham Education Committee on Friday, state that an unusual unrest was a marked feature amongst the boys at the present time, a condition that had arisen in consequence of the present crisis, when boys are earning abnormal wages.
It was regretted that the absence of thrift was too often found amongst those who were earning the highest ages.
