WOMEN AND PEACE LEAGUE.

Following the policy expressed in resolutions passed by Council meetings throughout the country, advocating the formation of a League of Nations to secure after the war international disarmament, and to guarantee the settlement of international disputes by judicial decisions or arbitration, the Committee of the Women’s Liberal Federation has sent to the War Cabinet a resolution urging the Government to form a Parliamentary Committee to study the conditions on which such a league might be formed.
