BIRMINGHAM PETITION.
Several thousands of Birmingham women and girls have signed a petition which was presented by the White Ribbon Band to the Board of Control on Saturday.
The petition is for an order to be made excluding all females under 20 years of age from licensed premises, and prohibiting the supply to them of intoxicants.
