HIS SECOND DECORATION
Private Arthur Samuels, whose home is at 3, Kingston-terrace, St. Andrew’s-road, Small Heath, has written saying that he has been awarded the Military Medal for his work on the 25, 26, and 27 September. This is his second decoration, for in May last he won the D.C.M. at the Battle of Arras.
Although he has been on continual active service since the Battle of Mons, Private Samuels has only been wounded once, and then but slightly.
