This evening’s paper says there will soon be a great battle on land and our ships are guarding the North Sea.
Tonight’s Mail says the great battle has begun near Longwy (where France meets Luxembourg and Belgium). I think the greatest part will be fought in Belgium. They are bringing siege guns to Liege to try to take it.
